Get to Know Rebecca

Beginning therapy and finding the right therapist can feel like daunting tasks. With this in mind, I approach therapy with curiosity, care, and respect for the complexity of each person’s experience.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Denver, Colorado, providing therapy to adolescents, adults, and families both in person and virtually across PSYPACT states. My work is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives, which explore how early relationships, unresolved conflicts, and life events shape behavior, emotional life, and patterns over time. My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

In our work together, we take time to look beneath the surface of present concerns in order to better understand the experiences, relationships, and patterns that shape them. Often, the difficulties that bring people to therapy have roots in earlier relational experiences or important moments in development. Approaching these patterns with curiosity allows us to understand them more fully and can open the door to deeper self-understanding and meaningful, lasting change.

I am committed to creating a therapy space that is welcoming, affirming, and respectful of people of all identities and cultural backgrounds.
